Wausau, WI

Full-Scale LSL Replacement

CIP’s EquiFlow Lead-Free Program is helping Wausau replace up to 8,000 lead service lines by 2028—scaling from 55 to more than 1,000 replacements per year in just its first year.
The program integrates inventory, verification, construction, restoration, funding support and community engagement, all managed through CIP’s custom-built software. With public health, trust, and workforce development at the center, Wausau is building a safer, more resilient future.

Racine, WI

Full-Scale LSL Replacement & Water Main Upgrades

In partnership with CIP, the City of Racine launched the EquiFlow Racine Program to replace all remaining lead service lines and aging water mains.

The program is scaling to complete thousands of replacements over the next five years using CIP’s turnkey approach, software, and trusted community engagement. Racine is investing in safer drinking water while creating local jobs and building long-term trust with residents.
